Driver should comply with the business dresscode. Recommended clothes: suit pants, shirt or sweater, shoes.

It is strictly prohibited to provide services in sportswear (track suit, sneakers)

Driver of the premium class car should be wearing suit, driver of the business class car - by request.

Driver should meet the client with an a4 sign in airport or station.

Driver should help the client with the luggage if necessary.

Driver should not push conversation upon the client. Music can be turned on only after clients request. Smoking in car is prohibited.

Driver should be polite and address to the client formally.

Driving style driving regulations should be maintained

Driver should fill the route sheet if the car was leased, or the route was changed. Client should sign the route sheet, and the driver should send e-copy to our company within 24 hours.

Car should have no visible external damage, glass should be without cracks and scratches. All provided options should be available.

Car should be clean inside and out.

There should be no smell of alcohol or tobacco, or other foreign smells in the car.

There should be no advertisement or taxi signs on the car.

All seats should be fitted with safety bells.

Driver should install child seat if it were requested during the order.

In each car of premium or business class should be an umbrella in case of rain during the meeting of the client.

Car should comply with all demands specified in he request.
